Elevate and Empower Independent Living Program is dedicated to giving back by supporting and serving our community. Elevate and Empower ILP puts the saying of "People Serving People" in action through housing the less fortunate, displaced, and military veterans in the age of 25 or older.
Mission
Our mission is to support members who are capable of managing daily responsibilities while holding them to clear expectations, consistent routines, and personal responsibility. Through structure, respect, and supportive guidance, we empower members to build stability, strengthen accountability, and work toward financial security and permanent independent housing.
Vision
Our vision is to create a structured and respectful living community where adults can stabilize their lives, rebuild accountability, and successfully transition into independent housing. We envision members leaving the Elevate and Empower Independent Living Program with the discipline, skills, and confidence needed to maintain long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
